This place can get crowded due to its location. Go to the Starbucks around the corner instead, it's so much better.

I think each staburk is unique but I recommend this one for you, fine traditional coffee, milkshakes etc, great positive environment you will enjoy, to your surprise you may witness morethan what is explain here, lot of different brands but check them out.

Drinks are good but the employee that was calling out the drinks had a mean attitude. He wasn't calling the names loud enough and when people came over to ask if that drink was their's he would have attitude.

As spacious as other Starbucks in NYC. The service is very faced paced. There are no chairs/sofas to set-down and sip drinks. The reason could possibly be the fact that it’s located on the extremely populated Times Square.

Popped here for our breakfast around 7am and wasn’t disappointed. Picked up some egg and sausage muffins, two coffees and I was served in a timely manner. Staff were friendly and quick and this place was clean, tidy and organised. Great spot for a morning coffee

Ridiculously long wait for what is is - Starbucks. Granted it was the start of the work day but still, 20 minutes for a red-eye?

I asked the barista what was dairy free and she told me the soy latte and she even showed me the container which I thought was very sweet and this was at midnight after I'm sure a long shift. She was so nice and the starbucks was crowded I have to say the times square starbucks is probably the best one I've been to and I promise I'm saying this unironically. I'm too tired to be ironic at this time of night :)

I went at 3am before an early flight bc this was the only option open. There were 2 customers in the store and 4 employees. I waited for 20 min for my coffee while 2 of the employees were on their phones behind the counter.

Fast and convenience for good coffee (And food if you like their food). On my to the airport I stop here every Wednesday early and grub my coffee. They are fast and I love mornings at Starbucks and lately got hooked by their egg white wraps.

My mom and I ordered 2 of the same drink but mine taste like there’s a spice in it or nutmeg? Just two venti Violet Drinks but mine tastes awful with the berries and weird combo! But service was fast so at least there’s that

This is the best Starbucks for me. There is line most of the time but the staff is working really fast so you won`t wait a lot. If you want to skip the line just order from the app from yur mobile device and just pick up your order, it is really easy and you can same some time. The coffee and there brunches are amazing.

The worst Starbucks I have ever visited , you can easily stand in line 5 to 10 min before anyone helps with the order , this was in the night shift around 3am.Hopefully it is not like that during daytime

Amazing people and great coffee. Although the lines were long and it took time to fill my order. It was so worth it. The people are sweet and very welcoming. They are very clean and take the time to do their best job. I always love going here because they are sweet and have a nice building to go to. They don't mix up orders they have great service and help you with anything. They can fulfill any request and are adaptive to any need. They take the time to ask what you need or want and fulfill it with glad hearts. I go here all the time with friends and they live it too. I highly recommend going here. They are expensive but it is so worth it does treat.

This is good spot to pick up some refreshments and snacks at Times Square. This store is always crowded because of the obvious fact that it's located in the most popular destination. Their staff offer their best service no matter how many people walk-in every second. Their service was fast during my visit. This store also has Starbucks souvenirs that's exclusive for NYC.

Groups of black people cannot work together. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Didnmt get my receipt, waited 10 minutes for them to hit up my sandwich. They didn't even realized that seeing me waiting in front of them. Not even a "sorry". Horrible!

Visited this Starbucks for the first time this morning and the service was great! I did a mobile order and the staff were super friendly. It looked super clean in there and it was very calm and relaxing, unlike some other locations. I'll definitely be making this location my new go to one

It's crazy how fast are the people working! In this location it's always crowded and there is line but somehow the people working there manage to do everything fast so they minimize the waiting! The place is somehow clean and well organized! One of my favourite places to get my morning coffee with morning croissant with ham and cheese!

What a horrible experience Kris the employee that took our order was so rude and lazy and clearly not interested in helping us. She was very rude and sighed every order we made as if it was the most effort in the world to press a button on the screen.
